About Sjors Lugthart
In the junior category, the Dutch cyclist Sjors Lugthart was part of CyclingClassNL, an initiative by the KNWU, NOC*NSF, and Team Visma | Lease a Bike, focusing on professionally guiding and developing talented athletes. His talent was quickly recognized by Team Visma | Lease a Bike, and early in his final year as a junior, Lugthart signed a two-year contract with Team Visma | Lease a Bike Development. Within the team, he hopes to further develop as a cyclist.
