About Michel Hessmann
Michel Hessmann has been under contract with Team Visma | Lease a Bike since 2020. During his first two years with the team, Hessmann rode for the Development Team. The German has been riding with the World Tour team since 2022. During the Tour de l'Avenir's last edition, he demonstrated that he deserved this advancement. Hessmann came third overall and third in the mountain classification in the nine-day stage race. The rider's current contract is valid till 2024.
