Team Visma | Lease a Bike is looking for a full-time soigneur
Ready to make a difference behind the scenes of one of the world’s top cycling teams? We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced soigneur to join our team! As a soigneur, you will play a vital role in supporting and guiding our riders during training camps and races, ensuring they can perform at their best.
As a soigneur, you will be responsible for:
- Providing professional massages to riders;
- Preparing and distributing food and drinks for races and training sessions;
- Assisting with logistical tasks, such as packing and preparing equipment;
- Supporting the organisation of training camps and races;
- Fostering a positive and collaborative team dynamic.
We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:
- Experience as a soigneur or in a similar role (experience within cycling is a plus);
- A relevant certification in sports massage;
- The ability to stay calm under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and handle unexpected situations;
- A hands-on mentality and willingness to travel, including weekends and holidays;
- You speak English (additional languages are an advantage);
- A valid driving license B (driving license C is a plus).
