Tour de France 2024 game

Compete in the biggest international cycling races in the official Tour de France 2024 game. Take on your rivals in the all-new multiplayer Critérium mode. Another new feature is that you can now compete directly against others in the game via the online multiplayer mode.

Criterium mode
Each player controls a team of two cyclists: a leader and a teammate. And each player has four types of teams: a ‘flat’ team, a ‘hill’ team, a ‘mountain’ team and a ‘versatile’ team.

At the start of each race, random settings are chosen for varied conditions, which players must respond to cleverly. After a stage is chosen (randomly from all stages available except those for time trials), the game chooses a distance (between 30 km and 50 km) and the type of team players should control. The game can also choose other settings, such as whether a teammate is in the race, and whether you are given the option to eat between stages. This randomness creates diverse situations that players must fathom and understand in order to grab the lead and cross the finish line first.
