Shipping costs for returns
The cost of returning items is at your own expense.

Exchanging products
Unfortunately it is not possible to exchange your products directly for another size, for instance. You should return the product you do not want to Hexspoor and can already re-order the correct product or size via this website. We will refund you the purchase price of the product you first ordered when we have registered your return.

Refund
When we receive your package, we will assess the product within a few days and issue a refund if the product you ordered is complete, unused and undamaged. You will then receive a refund from us within a few days. The refund will be made via the payment method you selected when ordering. If you paid via PayPal, the purchase amount will be refunded to this account. If you paid by credit card, we will credit the amount back to your credit card. It is not possible to get a cash refund.

Return period
You can return within 30 days without giving a reason.

Return conditions

• You can return your order to us within 30 days from the invoice date.
• The product must be complete and in its original packaging. If the product has been used or damaged, we cannot take it back.
• When purchasing a bundle, the entire bundle must be returned.
• If you return your entire order with several products, we will refund the purchase price + shipping costs as determined by law.
• If you only return part of your order, you will only be refunded the purchase price of the returned products.
• The cost of the return is for the customer.
• Once the product reaches us, you will receive your money back. It can take up to 12 working days until the order is returned to our warehouse.
• The refund is arranged within a few days after processing at Yellow B. Cycling B.V.
