Wat is de levertijd van mijn bestelling?
If your ordered item is in stock, you can rely on the delivery times on this page.
Have you ordered an item in a pre-order? Then your complete order will be shipped the moment your ordered item comes in stock. The expected delivery date is stated on the product page, confirmation e-mail and in your profile.
I would like to return an item, how do I do that?
You will find our return address on the packing slip with your order. Find out how to return your order on this page.
I would like to exchange an item for another size, how do I do that?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange your products directly for another size, for instance. You should return the product you do not want to Hexspoor and can already re-order the correct product or size via this website. We will refund you the purchase price of the product you first ordered when we have registered your return.
Can I buy a bike from Team Visma | Lease a Bike?
Our bikes are auctioned through our partner MatchWornShirt, check out the current auction here. There is also the possibility that old bikes will be sold during our sales days. Keep an eye on our website, emails and social media channels for more information on this. There is no other way to be able to buy a bike from the team.
I have placed several orders. Can this be merged so that I only have to pay shipping costs once?
Unfortunately, as your order is processed immediately, we cannot make any adjustments after your order.
