What made you decide to become a member of Team Visma | Lease a Bike?
"First of all because I am a big cycling fanatic. Furthermore, I like being kept up to date with what is happening in the team. My father gave me a membership as a gift at the beginning of 2024, so I get to see more insights, photos and videos of the riders. I particularly like the WhatsApp group. This way I really get the feeling that I am close to the athletes."

What do you like most about your membership?
"That I am really part of the team. My personal highlight was when we were guests at the sales days in Den Bosch last year. It was really cool to get a look behind the scenes."

What did you get as a member?
"Just before we went on holiday to France this summer, I received the cycling jersey from the Renaissance collection. I could wear this nicely when we went to watch the Tour de France during our holiday. I also enjoyed the towel I received a lot."

What is the reason you started following Team Visma | Lease a Bike?
"It started since the 2023 Tour de France. My father and I watched television for almost three weeks and we enjoyed the team performance as well as Jonas' final victory."

Who is your favourite rider and why?
"Jonas Vingegaard is my idol. He is quiet, modest and a family man. Family always comes first with him. If I could ask him a question, I would like to ask him if he would like to go on a bike ride with me."

Do you cycle often yourself?
"Yes, I am a member of VfR Büttgen's junior team. I train every day (except on rest days) and take part in many races. This year I even won a few races in the Netherlands already."

What would make membership even better for you?
"A meet-and-greet with a rider would be totally awesome!"
